What is Mission Care?
A year-long urban leadership residency program

16 young leaders can come and mature in their faith as they learn to live their lives fully devoted to the Kingdom of God!

Each leader will move into impoverished apartment complexes and will learn to run programs for at-risk families while participating in weekly classes in urban leadership and community development.

Program Details

Dates of Program: August 27th, 2012 through August 1st, 2013

Program Cost: $25 /mo (includes Rent, Weekly Classes, Books & Retreats)

Program Expectations:

8 hours per week running Care Fresno programs; both during the school year and summer.

Attendance and participation at weekly urban ministry training sessions.

Attendance and participation at one fall weekend retreat and one spring weekend retreat.

Attendance and participation in one week of Care Fresno Summer Camp.

*There are several CARE Scholarships for those who qualify. Please submit a financial hardship letter if you cannot afford the monthly cost. Attach to your Mission Care application to be considered.
